Terms of Service

These general terms apply to use of the website and to services unless a written proposal, invoice or agreement states different terms.

Project scope and approval

The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and responsibilities for a project are confirmed in writing. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, additional fee or updated schedule.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely approvals, access to required accounts and confirmation that supplied text, images, trademarks and other materials may legally be used.

Fees and payments

Deposits, milestone payments, recurring charges and due dates are specified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, printing, advertising and paid software are separate unless explicitly included.

Changes and delays

Significant changes, delayed feedback, missing materials or third-party problems may affect the timeline and cost. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the impact before proceeding.

Testing and acceptance

Clients should test deliverables within the agreed review period and report reproducible issues. A defect is different from a new feature or a change in preference after approval.

Third-party platforms

Services may rely on hosting providers, payment processors, advertising platforms, APIs and other third parties. Their availability, policies, pricing and decisions are outside the direct control of Your Tech Solutions.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are governed by the written project agreement and completion of required payments. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, third-party components and licensed materials remain subject to their existing rights and licences.

Backups, security and liability

Clients should maintain independent backups and protect credentials. Services are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted operation, specific search rankings, advertising results or complete protection from every security risk cannot be guaranteed.

Termination

Either party may end a project according to the written agreement. Work completed, non-refundable third-party costs and amounts already due remain payable.
